Fabulous stay

Richard was excellent at communicating, villa and pool superb, (very clean) well located for local supermarkets and restaurants. We found a great beach bar - Hola Ola about 20 mins walk. Bus stop for Ciutadella very close (2mins walk) Ciutadella is a beautiful city, went to Roma A very good restaurant. Would very much recommend this villa.

Lovely week

Lovely clean villa. Communication with Richard excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Just missed having any English channels on the TV to entertain us. Beds comfortable and a very well equipped kitchen. Would certainly come here again.

Very nice place!

The host is very profesional and helpful with plenty of information provided personally. The house is like in the pics and the pool is great! Also walk distance to the beach. I would repeat here.

Preciosa casita en un lugar tranquilo

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. La piscina y el jardín están muy bien cuidados y la atención y comunicación con Richard excelente. La zona es muy tranquila y está a cinco minutos andando de dos calas y de la zona de restaurantes y terrazas. Muy recomendable.

Hemos estado 5 días alojados,con nuestra hija de 8 años. La casa está en un residencial muy tranquilo y con todos los servicios necesarios cerca. La casa es tal cual sale en las fotos. La piscina una maravilla,vinieron a limpiarla y comprobar niveles a lo largo de nuestra estancia. La comunicación con Richard muy buena, ha estado muy atento en todo momento a nuestras necesidades.

As you would expect

The villa you will find is as described. It has pretty much everything you expect or need. The local area is primarily for the tourist and although we had a car we preferred using the bus service which is very good.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Julia. The area is quiet and relaxing. It’s situated on a small side road that wasn’t very busy. Just a few motorcycles. Communication with Richard was great. We had some issues with WiFi and he was easily contactable and was able to sort it during our stay there. We were situated between two beaches. Santandria was our favourite as it was less busy, very shallow and just perfect for our toddler. The pool was also lovely. Just be aware that the shallow end section is quite short. This wasn’t a major issue for us, as our little girl only went in it a few times. We brought a paddling pool her to cool off in instead and placed it away from the pool near the patio and shade. We and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hammock too. For those with small children, there is a small park close by too. The sunsets our beautiful in this area and a must to go and see. Definitely recommend this area if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday and we would totally consider returning. Thank you Richard for a lovely stay.

Wonderful villa, great pool, everything you need for a great stay. Only downside was that the cable TV kept dropping out, which may be an issue with the cables.

Family holiday in May

We had a lovely stay in May half term. The weather was perfect and the kids loved the swimming pool and hammock. The villa was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Richard was so helpful and always available to answer any questions. The location is great there is plenty you can walk to or get a bus if you didn't have a hire car.

Lovely stay, great location

Comfortable villa, very central with great access to all amenities. A great pool and outdoor space to enjoy the weather. Richard was very helpful and sorted out any issues we had straight away, and gave us good information upon arrival. Recommend.

Spanish Villa

The property looked exactly as the pictures had suggested and was in good condition throughout. Even the flowers in the garden were blooming as promised! The villa was reasonably well equipped although we did have to purchase quite a few cleaning products and toilet rolls etc which we have not had to do before in an Owners Direct place. Plenty of towels, lovely clean pool (at first - although it was not cleaned during the week so was pretty dirty by the end). loungers, TV, wifi etc all as promised. It was the final rental of the season so wonderfully quiet in Cala Blanca. The supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby were all open though so plenty of choice remaining. Transport is very limited at this time of year so worth considering if you are going in late October - bus only goes to Ciutadella at this time of year - but taxis were plentiful and reliable. Our host Richard visited and was friendly and helpful - as he was throughout the process actually. The sun shone most of the time. It is a villa with 6 beds but I think 4 would be full enough as the living space is quite small and limited. Great outside area with gas BBQ and seating. Really enjoyed it.
