Everything about this stay was fantastic. There was a slight mix up the first day, but it was immediately resolved. We had an issue with our luggage at the airport and they went above and beyond to help. It is a quick walk to the train and close to lovely little cafes. Would stay here again every time. I cannot say enough good things

Perfect spot pre cruise. Check out the nearby square for outdoor dining. Entrance was hard to find but a quick message to the host and she came to us to escort us to the right door. There are lots of stairs so make sure you are able to climb. We had a room with a separate bathroom.

There was no indication that there wasn't an elevator, and I didn't realize that our bathroom was outside of our room and across the hall. Staff was INCREDIBLY KIND and the place was spotlessly clean. Would recommend this place as long as you know about the stairs.

The property is clean and comfortable, and the room is bigger than expected. It is not a bed & breakfast, so all meals were had elsewhere. The bathrooms are private but external to the room; which we found a little inconvenient. Overall, Anna and her team were so gracious and friendly.

Anna is the most incredible host! She arranges all of your transportation and makes traveling smooth and easy making it all about your enjoyment. The beautiful property is located nearby for cruise terminal and is in a lovely location near the Pier and amazing restaurants. The property is clean, safe, cozy, and spacious! Would definitely recommend booking and can’t wait to be back! Had a fantastic stay.

The couple who own the condo I ran into just by chance. They were nice but I had thought I booked a hotel. There was no address on the building and I looked for a hour for it at night. The private bathroom turned out to be down the hall and I had to see 2 different men when I used it. Now I know the first part of the name is equivalent to air Bnb. Partly my fault how ever the address needs to be visible. Maps kept sending me different places.

The host was great, and went out of her way to make the experience there a pleasant one. The location was fantastic with many restaurants nearby. The facility is close to the pier, but you will still need to arrange for transportation (something that the property manager can help with). The only negative was that the facility did not have an elevator, and the room was up four flights of stairs. A little bit of a challenge for a guy in his 70’s with a 60 lb suitcase 🙂. But the hotel manager helped with that as well. Overall a wonderful stay…

The location was superb, but that is as far as it goes. No bathroom in the room. Your private bathroom is down the hall. Not ideal for older people on blood pressure meds. No elevator. You must carry your luggage up two flights of marble stairs.

Anna and Nicole were awesome at greeting us. The accommodations are very clean and simple. Yet with China Dishes to drink from you feel like a welcome guest. My friend and I had no trouble with the rumbling of trains nearby, but our 3rd friend who arrived a day after us had some trouble. They do have accommodations facing in a different direction.

No podía creer lo que estaba viendo cuando entré al lugar. Quienes nos recibieron fueron muy amables pero jamás imaginé que un lugar así ubicará un dormitorio para Hotels.com. Además el baño fuera de la habitación. Decepcionada.Ni una sola foto tomé .
