“When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not……

“This place is very new so everything is very clean. The room is very spacious and high very. Very well maintained and clean, everything was put together and plenty of space for your items. Bathrooms are very clean and has the necessary items, bath and body wash and hand soap. 2 toothbrushes a shower cap and 3 sizes of towels. There is a coffee machine, electric hot water kettle and 4 tea cups with spoons and sugar. The management is not on hand but will be there for your check in and they are……

“距離鐵路約15分鐘路程，頗為遠。每次外出時都要到reception放低鎖匙，有點兒麻煩。 房間不算大但整潔光尷。早餐選擇較少但可以墳肚。可步行到梵諦岡及羅馬著名景點。酒店職員很有禮貌。 晚上返回酒店較靜。”
