Would not stay! My kids and I were staying for a soccer tournament. Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Checked in and ask about the pool and was told it was closed for renovations. Nothing was posted before booking. As soon as we got to the room, I checked everything over. The toilet had what I’m guessing was cleaning acid all over seat (still wet) I wiped it up and it took paint/coat off the seat. Tried to flush and toilet wouldn’t flush. Tried 5 or 6 times to no avail. Went and told the front desk and they said they had no other rooms available and maintenance could maybe get there the next day (Saturday). We had to have a working toilet so we decided to check out right after we had checked in and stay somewhere else. Tried to get a refund and it was denied. Workers weren’t rude but their toilet not working was apparently our problem. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere when choosing a place to stay.

Check in was fine. Clerk very nice. Room was just okay...very tired looking with the headboard needing a good cleaning and the wall behind that needed painting. Bathroom had a walk in ahower with a sluding glass door. Mold all around inside and out and a lot in the door track at the ends. Gross. Main window looking out....filthy. I would not atay here again. 😒

everything about this hotel was average or worse. just a place to stay overnight on a long trip. staff disappointing.

Ran out of several things ( yogurt, milk, etc) with over an hour left for service time. Mentioned milk was empty to wait staff but never was refilled. Families with children still were coming in & no milk?

Carpets are nasty and full of stains in the corridor of each floor. Checked into a room and there was nasty moldy smell, informed the front desk and they were kind enough to shift me another room.

The room, and overall facility were clean and quiet considering the close proximity to a highway and active rail line. The room itself had a desk chair that belonged in the dumpster, a broken arm and a worn out seat I wouldn't let a dog use. The toilet paper holder was broken and the closet door latch falling off. The room was large however lighting was poor. There was a lot of empty space. The sectional sofa was worn and dirty. The free breakfast was so-so and not very good. I brought up the desk chair problem with a staff member and was told the hotel was scheduled for a renewal? Yes, the room rate was reasonable but that shouldn't be an excuse for worn out and/or broken items. On the bright side the bathroom facilities were very good, spacious, and the walk-in shower was super. The bed was also comfortable.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. We stayed for a whole month and they all treated us really well. Megan and Amber were amazing accomodating myself and my children while we were staying. They even had setup a new computer during our stay and let my kids use it unlimited amount of time for homeschool. The atmosphere is welcoming, I felt comfortable sitting in the lobby to work on my school stuff as I homeschool my children. The breakfast was quite repetitive but it was still delicious. They change the waffle flavors frequently and I have never seen a hotel that does that. They also used named brand stuff for food. The pool was clean and warm and my kids really enjoyed it even though its winter. They also have a laundry room, I did not like the fact I had to download an app to use, and the app did not work at first so I had to go to laundry mat. After it worked though, the machines worked great. The rooms were amazing. I had a desk in my room so I could setup my desktop. The internet sucked though so we couldn't use it. They should probably switch internets or let people know at check in about the internet. We need the internet for homeschool and going to the library every day was inconvienent. The cleaners were also nice, although some of them could not speak english. I left an item in the room and they were quick to allow me to retrieve it. Upon check out, Amber made the process smooth. I want to especially point out Megan. She needs a raise or a lead position.

My biggest complaint was the fact that the bathroom smell like sewer but it was my understanding that apparently there's a sewer plant nearby. Although it smelled like sewer from time to time throughout my stay the water did not actually smell like sewer or make your body your hair smell.

Excellent hotel! Very clean. Very nice staff. The breakfast had what seemed to be real eggs and real sausage. Newer and modern. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
