「We enjoyed our stay in the house. It is even cuter and more comfortable than the photos can capture. The house fit all of our group comfortably and was stocked with all the basics plus a few nice extras. The location was quiet and worked well as a hub for day trips around the area.」

Everyone in our family, ages 6-88, said this was the perfect vacation. The host took so much time to pay attention to detail and it was greatly appreciated - from the stocked kitchen, to the huge dining tables inside and out, to providing firewood, to the well marked trails. 「Overall, things were very nice. A couple of things that would make things better: the beds are past their useable life. Everyone struggled to get comfortable and when they did, woke up with back pain. The rugs slid very easily, should have backings to keep them from sliding.」

It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. 「From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. Visiting the area yearly, we have found our home away from home.」

「We arrived for a 2 day bike trip on the Allegheny Trail. Unfortunately, the weather chose not to cooperate. The house was so clean and would be perfect for anyone who wants to bike the trail.We left a day early because the severe rain, there was no chance of biking. We are hoping to be back to bike in the near future.」

「Super clean, fully furnished with everything a person could want or need. Excellent coffee! The only negative would be the small size of the living room but we rarely were all there at the same time so it worked.」

「Me, my wife, her sister and brother-in-law spent Fri and Sat nights here. The cabin was nice and well kept. It rained all day Sat, we stayed inside most of the day. We ventured out to check out the dock and platform right on the Clarion River. There was plenty to do inside the cabin, we watched a movie and worked a puzzle. Brian checked in on us and gave us directions to a couple of restaurants and breweries. We had a great time and would come again.」

「First time staying,and I will definitely return. The staff was great,and very accommodating. Sadly, the ice machine was down-which I needed, BUT the staff had a small cooler at the desk for patrons. There was also a problem with the flapper in the toilet- which I reported to the front desk. The breakfast was lovely and the overall stay was very good」

「This was a gem! We booked it last minute for the eclipse. I did not expect an entire apartment for the price I paid! 10/10 great room, comfy bed (that's a lot coming from an insomniac) kid and parent approved breakfast, nice communal space and well Located. Kitchen was stocked with everything except food. I'd 1000% stay here again. 」

「Check in was easy and the renter was easy to contact. Clean property on a quiet road. Very cozy place to stay near the town and river but still nice and quiet place to relax between activities.」

「The staff was pleasant and friendly but the hotel was not up to par. Room was clean but needed TLC , the floors were nice with vinyl hardwood so that was a plus( I don’t like carpet in hotels!), most areas were in process of some type of either demolition or construction ( really couldn’t tell) it was non smoking but smelled of smoke in the halls, which wafted into our room. The entry’s were not locked so anyone could walk around. No hair dryer, there was a coffee pot but no coffee and supplies,...
