「The host decided before we got there to refund my last night, and tell me about it the night before, asking for cash. However VRBO says she had booked it for my Sunday,so she was gonna take my cash? We left it was awful to go through that.」

「This historic cabin is one of the best rentals ever. Agility is needed for the stairs to the second floor, but the stairs were easily managed by us -- who are people of a certain age. The bucolic setting makes this place a welcome respite from the fast-paced life beyond the gates.」

「Couldn’t have asked for anything more, cabin is tucked in the back end of the property and is very secluded, very clean. lots and lots of bluegill for the kids, hikes, gill, pleanty of things to do and see on this peaceful little property! Owners were super kind and took great care of us. 10/10」

「Extremely well kept and clean. I liked the country feel but city was just 2 minutes away. Other quests were very friendly and I assume they have stayed here before. I definitely would consider coming back for the change of the leaves. Sam was a great host.」

「Overall great place to stay. Quiet property with plenty to do, and close enough to Louisville to easily make the trip in. The kids loved the playsets outside and it had everything we needed.」

「Cozy, clean and comfortable. A great weekend stay!」

「Very clean perfect layout will definitely return」

「Great time!」

「Overall, this is a really nice and peaceful, cabin. They provide everything you need so you don’t have to rush to the grocery store right when you get there which is so nice. However, the only thing was the downstairs basement has a really loud buzzing noise due to electricity box.. if you’re a person sensitive to sound, it would be really hard to sleep down there.」

「Very beautiful and clean property! Hot tub was awesome. Cozy and warm. Highly recommend」

「Great retreat right outside the city. Hidden away perfectly」
