This was a fantastic property! Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry. Great property and very remote which is what we were hoping for. The host, Zach, was very friendly and responsive. The house is unique and very well kept. 3 couples stayed and we all enjoyed our get away very much. I highly recommend!

Great stay over July 4th.

Quiet cabin in the Woods

Unbelievably quiet, beautiful location at the end of a long winding road. While at the house we spent most of our time hanging out on the back deck looking at the surrounding mountains, and at the end of the day, after the sun has set, the low light silhouettes the trees and mountains against the blue sky in a magical way. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife and felt very safe in the surroundings. There is a bunch of really great hikes close by. The cabin is extremely adequately finished and we loved all the natural wood and clever use of natural wood material. This place is very authentic and charming!

Beautiful view

The property is absolutely impressive and secluded. No noise from any kind of neighbors other than wildlife. If you're looking for a rustic family cabin stay this is the place.

Summer 2021

My husband, 2 dogs and I had the most wonderful month in Clark, Co at this cabin. The cabin is close enough to Steamboat Springs that if you wanted shopping, dining and entertainment it was easy to get. We enjoyed the area around the cabin. The solitude was needed and the dogs enjoyed chasing the cows, deer and chipmunks. We are hoping to go back again.

Secluded Cabin

The perfect cabin for what we wanted. The snow while we were there was beautiful! The Property manager, Zach, even sent someone to plow us out even though we had all 4x4 vehicles. The cabin really fits into the nature around it and the layout fit our needs. Zach was very accommodating with our uncertain check in time. If we ever wanted to stay in the steamboat area again I would try and get this cabin.

Perfect seclusion

My friends and I enjoyed a beautiful stay here. Cattle seen, heard often, but happily fenced away from the house. A wet late summer here in Colorado has filled the meadow with flowers. Perfect fire ring for evenings. And set at the end of a small lane. Zero traffic heard.....ahhhhh. Thanks Matt.

beautiful and quiet

Not only is the property wonderful but the owners are as well. My husband and I and our two dogs have ended our summer here for the past two years and hope to do it again next year. The property is clean and well maintained with all the comforts of home. Beautiful secluded location to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. See you in August 2019.

Peaceful, beautiful, off the beaten path.

Really cool place with all the basics plus some luxury touches ( dish TV). Perfect location to get away from the daily grind and get out into nature ( hike, bike, paddle ).

My group stayed here and loved it. It is rustic and secluded but has everything you need for a nice stay. Zach, the property manager, is very accommodating and a genuine nice guy. We will be back!

Very secluded and quiet. Get supplies before arriving.

The cabin and surrounding area was beautiful and everything my husband and 2 dogs were looking for. Peaceful and quiet. You do need to drive about 45 min into Steamboat for supplies as the local stores have nothing much to offer. The only thing I would change would be to have internet service being everything requires directions and is accessed by web addresses. The owners were wonderful as well offering to provide any additional needs at the home. This was the best vacation we have ever taken. We will definitely return next year but for a longer period of time.

Private and relaxing

Our family had a great stay at this secluded cabin, the owners met us and showed us around and made sure we had what was needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of space, charcoal grill, and a nice big family table to enjoy our meals together. We made a couple of trips into Steamboat Springs about 30-40 minutes away and it was just a few miles to Steamboat Lake state park. We look forward to returning to this property again to do more exploring, bird watching and enjoying the the abundant wild flowers. Thanks for the great stay! The Rosburgs

Great location-perfect getaway

Great location to Steamboat lake park and just far enough away from downtown Steamboat to get away from the city life. House was very clean and had all we needed. Besides a little hiccup with the temp of the water, we all had an excellent time!
