I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for something away from Helen, GA. It is only about 8-10 minutes to get to downtown Helen.」

「Jan at the front desk was the first person we encountered and she set the stage for our fabulous 4 day stay. She was attentive, friendly and ever so helpful insuring our stay was as wonderful as we imagined. The spa professionals were skilled and committed to hospitality and excellence. Kaily and Carigan were absolutely outstanding technicians. I HIGHLY recommend the head spa, peptide facial and hydrating body wrap. These will change your life!!! Our bungalow was just across from the chapel....

「Lodge staff were helpful and location was great . Unfortunately hallways smelt of mildew and felt very humid and we had an awful bug "ROACH" problem in our room in building C . This was our first visit to the lodge and we will not be visiting again due to poorly maintained pest control . staff was unable to give us another room and instead sent maintenance to spray . Sadly it didnt help much so we were not able to finish our stay due to the issue .」

「I had knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago. The lovely gal who runs the hotel during the day unilaterally offered to help me get my luggage to the room on the second floor. She is an outstanding asset to the property Znd it’s owners!」
