“El lugar súper tranquilo y todo bien acomodado”

“Another great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very convenient to get in and out of. This was our second stay in this particular unit, and we’ve also stayed three times in another unit just two doors down. We’ve always had a great experience and will definitely be back!”

“The small farmhouse was the perfect weekend getaway. Everything was perfect. Absolutely no suggestions, just utter bliss!”

“What a great rental! We were able to share living space with family (4 generations) and everyone had a great time. The location was fantastic. Rooms were large and inviting, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We ran out of time long before we ran out of activities and exploring. We are interested in coming again when we can use more outdoor space. Thanks for the great memories!”

“The property is so beautiful. We loved our long walk around the quiet scenic property. It has a little rough terrain getting down to the river from the cabin but has a longer smother walk around the property to the river which is well worth the walk. It has places to sit and enjoy the scenery and river. The cabin is beautifully maintained, super clean, and has everything you need. It is perfect for two but has accommodations for a family. Totally recommend and would like to return in the future!”

“Very clean. Wish it would have included a grill of some sort. Everything else was great.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! There were so many little touches that made everything even better...from the snacks, wine, and ample throw blankets. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Our group of friends (mostly couples) had a fantastic weekend at The River House! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. No bathroom is en suite, but each was plenty big with really nice showers. We loved the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, especially The screened in porch and firepit. We also got into the river in tubes and floated down to the first bridge (took about 2 hours), which made for an idealic afternoon on the Chattahoochee. It's a little tricky to get into the river, but……

“Our stay here was perfect”

“Daring was an amazing host. The property was very clean and had just about everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bed was very comfortable in the master suite. It's location to downtown Helen couldn't be better. I highly recommend staying at this property”

“Check in was a breeze, they send you an email with all the information. Cabin overall is nice. As others have stated, it is a bit dated and in need of a little TLC. Beds were comfy. Showers have removable shower heads (big plus for me). Hot tub got to temp just fine, though controls were meh due to age. Lots of spider webs and spiders around the deck area. We had to wipe down the kitchen counters due to an unknown sticky substance on them including the table (possibly from a cleaning agent not……

“Great location! We had a lovely stay. The only thing to note was there was nowhere to put away your clothes or hangers in the closet. Would stay here again.”

“Excellent host communication!”

“Property owner was very accessible. Lots of personal touch’s to decor. Perfect for two adult couples.”

“Nice property. Had everything we needed for our family of 6.”

“House was just as described. Wonderful location!”
