Our experience at the Quality Inn was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. After driving 400–500 miles, we were informed that our room was still not ready. We were then asked to wait outside the room while a front desk employee cleaned the bathroom, specifically the toilet, which was unacceptable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the cleaning was done very poorly.
Once we entered the room, we found several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The refrigerator did not keep our food or drinks cold, the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain, and the toilet still looked dirty and unsanitary. In addition, the blanket on the bed had visible stains, and the microwave contained dried lettuce and tomatoes from a previous guest. The breakfast menu was also very disappointing.
I have photographs documenting all of these issues.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my husband and I have had, and we will not stay at this location again. In the future, we will choose a better hotel that values cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
