「The lady at the front desk was so sweet and funny. Its a small inn but very clean and the bed was comfortable. If we come back through Clarksville we will definitely stay again」

「Everything was nice the only complaint is that we ask for more towels and our trash to be emptied and it wasn’t done. We took it out ourselves to the dumpster and went and got clean towels! Also the end door to the outside would not close so I felt was unsafe due to anyone could come in with a room key!」

「The staff were kind enough to listen to our concerns and get me in contact with the property owner. Our room was DIRTY, this includes urine in the toilet, hair that didn't belong to us on the floor and around the sink area, the toilet seat look like it had been scratched up by cats to the point you could see the metal lines in it, our tv on the wall was dirty, the microwave was dirty, they have this window seat with a cushion on it, IT WAS FIFLTY, the drawers up under them was dirty, If I needed...

「We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account....

「Yes . The manager was very nice and helpful . The breakfast was ok . I did like area . It was a peaceful stay . And great staff . I will highly recommend this location.」

「It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good.」

「Well the swimming pool was green , absolutely usafe for swimming , beds had huge urine stains all over them , not comfortable at all, . Ask for an extra pillow to try to help make what was already very uncomfortable a tad better but was told they had no pillows to give . Bathtub drain didn't drain so had to stand in our own shower water . We continusly had to have new keys made to our room because they were deactivated every other time we'd try to use them . No coffee out in room no bucket...
