super Harz Wochenende

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Sehr schöne Gegend, nette Leute, Aktivitäten, Erholung pur. Immer wieder gerne.

Schöne Gegend und nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Leider ist aber die Agentur Belvilla über die hier vermietet wird sehr, sehr unzuverlässig und nicht gut erreichbar. Wir haben einen Rollstuhlfahrer in unserer Gruppe. Wir haben unsere Situation genau geschildert, da in dem Inserat drin steht, dass es für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet ist. Keine Antwort über Fewo-direkt. Auch nach mehreren Anfragen nicht. Erst über eine direkte Anfrage auf der Seite von Belvilla haben wir eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Die Auskunft war falsch! Vor Ort angekommen standen wir also vor einem Haus mit einer riesen Stufe und einem schweren Elektrorollstuhl. Belvilla war nicht erreichbar und die Vermieter vor Ort leider nach 17 Uhr auch nicht. Auch über die Notfallnummer war keiner erreichbar. So mussten wir die Person mit Rollstuhl heben... Am nächsten Tag haben die Mitarbeiter vor Ort direkt eine Rampe zusammengebastelt, sodass wir trotzdem bleiben konnten. Hier also der Tipp: direkt vor Ort und nicht über eine Vermittlungsfirma buchen. Im Haus war es schön gemütlich. Es gab genug Geschirr und Besteck und die Zimmer waren gut. Alles in einem guten Zustand. Sauna war auch schön angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind hilfsbereit und nett. Leider funktioniet der Kontakt da auch nur während der Öffnungszeiten. Im Notfall ist keiner zu erreichen. Sollten wir nochmal in die Gegend wollen, würden wir auch nochmal hier bleiben. Nur nicht über Belvilla...

Wat een pareltje! Het chalet in Buntenbock overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het was ongelooflijk ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons gezinsuitje. De open keuken was ideaal om samen te koken en de open haard zorgde 's avonds voor een gezellige sfeer. De bedden waren comfortabel en de sauna op de bovenverdieping was een heerlijke toevoeging na een lange dag wandelen in het nabijgelegen Nationaal Park Harz. We waardeerden ook het huisdiervriendelijke beleid, omdat onze hond het geweldig vond om de prachtige omgeving te verkennen. Een echte aanrader!

We hebben hier een weekend doorgebracht en het was gewoonweg perfect. De indeling van het chalet is geweldig, meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Ik vond de woonkamer met open haard fijn, perfect voor een dagje uit met het gezin. De netheid was uitstekend en de keuken was goed uitgerust. Het is een rustige plek, midden in de natuur, waardoor je er fijne wandelingen kunt maken. Er waren een paar kleine minpuntjes, zoals de WiFi die soms wat instabiel kon zijn, maar over het algemeen hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad! Wij komen zeker terug!
