「Jennifer was quick to respond to our inquiries. The bottom floor Condo has unobstructed views of the valley. You can watch the clouds roll over the hills. We sat outside and sipped on coffee in the mornings, made smores at the fire pit steps outside at night. Fire wood is readily available in town. The corner bottom floor condo was very clean. Layout worked well for us. Kitchen has plenty of storage. Kind of a steep drop off in the back yard, so smaller kids will need to be supervised outside....

I never quite understood about all the stairs from the listing - there are 17 steps up from just inside the front door; another stairway to the top floor for two of the bedrooms.
