“Cathy was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating at the desk upon arrival. She definitely adds the small town, homey feel to the place. Due to them not having someone working in the lobby at all times, you are unable to get into the lobby without a code. We did not have that code sent automatically to us, and had to request it. Cathy was instrumental on her day off in trying to help us get the code, which we did finally receive but we had already left. Prior to arrival I spoke with……

“Contact with host was so easy from start to finish. The Carriage House was beyond our expectations. Easy access and so inviting. Exactly as described. We can’t say enough about this property and hosts. We were in town for a show at Anderson Music Hall. So many attractions close by. We cancelled plans the last night just to sit and enjoy the Mountain View, deer and the firefly’s definitely put on a show. Will definitely be our #1 choice.”

“This is an excellent little stay! We especially enjoyed the treehouse hot tub! The tiny house was clean, cute, and absolutely perfect and cozy. We enjoyed the covered outside kitchen and dining area. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive. Upgrading check in times and check out times was very easy. If you are in the Hayesville area, I would totally recommend staying in this warm and cozy tiny house!”

“Super cute little house! Had basics covered, pull out couch was super comfy, and the hot tub was perfect! The loft area is pretty short so I’d say kids only up there. I think sleeping 6 people here would be pretty tight, but it was perfect for just the two of us! Hung out on the pull out couch and the bed was super comfy. Laundry in the bathroom was super handy to dry towels as needed and did a load of laundry before we left. Not much room in the bedroom but we didn’t need much room in there,……

“I have traveled a lot in my life, but have never met such a honest and caring owner of rented property. He has made sure we were 100% good and happy. He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again. “The house is gorgeous with tons of space and lots of beds. Very clean ! There are two big holes outside at the chimney and critters come in all hours of the day and nites making lots of noises when they run and jump. They can not get inside the house but they are in the attic all nite which is very alarming at times. I wish someone had mentioned the animals in the attic before I booked the house. The porch has a beautiful view but impossible to sit outside for the carpenter bees. I hope the……

“This townhouse was very close to our lake home so we were hoping it would work out. When I went inside the property it was very musty. My daughter has asthma so we turned the air conditioning on in hopes the next day it would be better. It seemed a little better and my daughter and her husband stayed in it for two nights (because there was nothing else available) but could not stay another night and they left early. This appears as a newly remodeled townhouse with old duct work. I could ……
