「The place was confortable and many amenities were provided. The only item missing was Kleenex. Since it was cold weather we could not enjoy the back deck. It would be a wonderful space when temperatures are warmer. 」

「Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. 」

「10/10. It was a short stay, but a wonderful stay. A perfect little retreat. Debi's property is beautiful. Even in winter. It was my mom and I and 4 pups! Thank you for allowing us to bring all 4. Debi had fresh OJ, lemon water, eggs, milk and coffee in the fridge and snacks for the dogs! Just a beautiful, peaceful place. 「If you are staying in the Walhalla area, the Blue Laurel is the only way to go! Our host Melissa was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was! We brought our one year old and she made sure the play pen was set up and the baby gate was ready for use! The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall environment offered so much time for genuine bonding and adventure. From the time we got there, the receptionist, Arri, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and were taken care of. This will be our go to spot anytime we go to The Highlands. 」
