「Staff was ok. When we arrived and went to our room the ac was turned off and the room was hot and humid. It took sometime for the room to cool off. The bathroom was not clean. There was short hair in several places in the tub/shower as well as short black hair embedded in one of the towels. The hair dryer was yellowed and dirty it made scrapping noises producing a burning smell. The room doors are exterior doors and our room happened to be in a hallway instead of an open walkway. If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」

「The Mountain House is unique. It is truly an old house that has been modified to include rooms and a restaurant. There are about 8-10 rooms in the Main House where we stayed. There is a separate building called the Bunkhouse out back. The room was clean but very small and tight. More so that I thought was possible but we got used to it.
