Outdated and poorly cleaned. We were charged an additional $180 for our room after check in because the hotel staff didn’t know what they were doing. We booked a suite with Expedia but hotel staff said we only booked a single king.

Stayed here while hiking Tallulah Gorge State Park. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Had to cancel the second night due to how disgusting it was. Staff didn’t disagree and approved refund. If you stay here, this is what you can expect: Hair all over the bathroom and disgusting around toilet and shower Sticky carpet Could hear next door room very loudly Heavy weed smell blowing in from air conditioner Stains on sheets Entirety of the hotel hallways wreaked of cigarettes Room smelled like there was a sewage backup and they never bothered to steam clean afterwards.

The single entrance door that allowed access to all rooms, located in the center of the building, would not lock behind you presenting a serious security issue in that anyone could enter the building, at anytime day or night. It was obvious the closing mechanism to the door was broken and was reported immediately to the hotel staff. The door, evan after adjustments, continue to remain unsecure, that would not prevent an intrusion causing an unsafe security issue. Secondly, parking was extremely tight and vehicles would park in an unmarked area preventing use of the 2 handicapped parking slots. During my 3-day stay, this happened several times. Parking was very tight and difficult to maneuver around in my full-size truck.
