It was a very nice place. Very clean and the property managers were so kind and easy to communicate with. They informed us before hand that signal was very limited but Wi-Fi worked great the whole time. The only issue we had were there were a lot of stairs to get up to the property and the water had a sulfur smell. But over all a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again!

The cabin, "Prilly" is beautifully decorated. You can tell that someone has taken time to make it extra special for your stay. Make sure you get check in details 3 days prior, to check in. If not, contact the owner right away. I did not get check in instructions until after check in after calling twice and leaving messages, but I should have notified earlier. Close to all the attractions, restaurants, winerys, and fun. Even if you don't go anywhere, Prilly is set up to have fun there! There are a lot of steep stairs. If you are young, no problem! Prilly is truly a wonderful place to experience. Had a great 38th wedding anniversary!

We were staying in the area for our granddaugthers wedding at the Meadows at Mossy Oaks. It was about a 20-25 minute drive but was easy to get to...once we found the driveway (you have to turn right at the GA Properties sign). I was worried about he driveway because in the mountains they can be a bit hard to maneuver but it wasn't a problem. There are quite a few stairs leading up to the kitchen door to get inside (be aware when carrying luggage in). The inside was super clean, everything we needed was available. We didn't cook so I'm not sure how that would have been. It was very cozy, quiet and for the two nights we stayed it was great!

This house was wonderful! There were so many lovely little touches and niceties that made our stay even better! We had a fantastic time and would love to come back. The house is simultaneously secluded and close to so many fun activities…our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Hosts were extremely responsive and it’s obvious they put a ton of thought into renovating this lovely home.

Enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely mountain house. Light colors in all of the rooms. Loved that it had so many beds. Plenty of glassware and silverware. Convenient to Helen, but make sure you visit Clayton, too! Comfortable beds. Would definitely come back and recommend. Easy in and out off road.

The owners are just amazing, the property clean and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and we love the little personal touches like the coffee and the board detailing area events for our stay. I will say The stairs are a tad steep and can be a little rough on the knees, but once you manage to get up and in relaxation is very easy to do in this cabin! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Prilly was perfect for our family of 5 on our final family getaway before school starts. Cabin was very clean and nicely updated with a farmhouse vibe with well stocked kitchen and new gas grill. Master bedroom has one of the more comfortable beds that we have had staying at VRBO properties. No complaints from the teens or preteen on the loft and 2nd bedroom. Soaking tub was a great place to relax and help sore legs after a full day of shopping in the Alpine Village. Hosts were very quick to respond to the one question we had. Overall a 5 star stay!

Stayed here over NYE - Dec30 thru Jan01. Incredible property. Very clean, great kitchen, wonderful amenities. They had GORGEOUS Christmas decorations still up and it made my 6-year old and 2-year old literally SQUEAL upon arrival. Also had another couple stay with us the night of Dec31 and it slept all of us easily and comfortably. Only note is that the pictures did not clearly communicate (to us) that the bunk beds and full bed are positioned in the "loft" seen at the top of the photo of the kitchen. So we had to move children into the closed-door bedroom upstairs in order to stay up and active downstairs after bedtime. Did NOT negatively affect our stay in anyway - just a note!

Great updated property in the woods to give you that feeling of seclusion without being too far from all the amenities and attractions nearby. Here were a few of our highlights: -coffee and functioning coffee maker -Having coffee in the mornings and looking out the windows in every direction to nature (looking for wildlife, seeing mostly squirrels at the times I looked) but so relaxing! -very clean and comfortable beds and bedding -wonderful high pressure showers to wash off all the days dirt/sweat/river water before sleeping in the clean bed -fun board games to entice kids away from the WiFi which is also wonderful and worked well :) -washer and dryer which we always look for when traveling with kids… -plenty of space for our family of 5, with both seating and beds -the home seemed to keep its temperature quite efficiently, I really didn’t hear the air conditioning go on too frequently and it felt very comfortable the entire time we were there -The owners Jeff and Kelly were readily available by phone or VRBO message and even checked in midway to make sure our needs were met. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would love to book Prilly house when we return to Helen, GA again!

Absolutely stunning property. You will have everything you need and more. The house is beautifully decorated and felt so cozy that I did not want to leave. It is the homiest place we’ve stayed in and around Helen. The bed (main floor) is so comfortable!! I had some of the best sleep of my life! There are abundant games, lots of books, stocked coffee, all necessary utensils, extra bedding, seriously… everything you need!! The porch swing was so enjoyable… brought back memories of my childhood at my grandparents’ houses. The giant jacuzzi tub was phenomenal! Plenty of hot water, matches and candles along with bath salts provided. Definitely let the water run for a while as there was a strong chemical smell. But once it ran and drained for a bit, the smell was completely gone. We enjoyed this property so much that I booked our next trip to stay here before we barely got out of the driveway! I truly felt “spoiled” here. There were no clean up instructions with the exception of the wet towels. I did not feel like I had to scrub the floors upon checking out like I’ve felt at other places. The owners truly want you to enjoy your stay, and they have done a fantastic job of making that evident!!
