「This was probably the best equipped cabin we'd ever stayed in. It was exactly as described and we loved everything about it. We're both from East TN so we're very familiar with mountain roads. Our host Tim was fantastic. Always replied within minutes before our arrival which by the way we were able to check-in an hour early which was great after driving 4 hours. 「Overall, the place was very nice. The hot tub seemed to have a little issue getting up to temp. We did not say anything about it while we were there, if we had of I'm sure someone would have addressed it immediately. It was not a deal breaker for us. They are very attentive. We brought our motorcycle to ride. It did not start the first night and the manager was willing to help us out. 」

Townsend is a great area to stay in to avoid the touristy areas and have some peace and quiet. We took day trips and had a wonderful time exploring the Smokies!」
