"Liked the staff, lobby and front porch of the hotel with the available rockers. Liked the coffee availability in the lobby but think you should consider a complimentary grab and go breakfast such as assorted yogurts, bananas and packaged bakery products that guest could grab for a quick fill up before exploring the area if they so desire. Room was just okay to me. Did not like the carpet block tile flooring in the room and also did not like the outdated bathroom fixtures including the older toilet that did not flush very well. Room could definitely stand an upgrade but overall still had a nice stay!"

"The property from the outside was seriously dated. A portion of it had outdoor access/motel style rooms. Thankfully we didn’t get one of those rooms. The staff was friendly & check in/check out was seamless. The rooms were clean but dated. They need to invest in new comforters and the pillows were awful. Zero support from the pillows. The transportation to/from the casino was very handy!"

"Our "Boston" girl in the office was absolutely AMAZING!! Give her a salary increase!! 😃The landscaping definitely adds to the stay because you definitely relax and enjoy the natural setting. We will definitely be back!!"

"The room was good for the price. Location is convenient to the Harrah’s Convention Center. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, danishes, juices, tea, and coffee. I learned that no food, wrapped or unwrapped, should be left on the desk because ants have a powerful sense (e.g., even after putting my leftover salad in the fridge, they kept appearing, searching for their meal). I did make the desk clerk aware and suggested extermination for that room."

"Staff was good, a/c did NOT work in the room making a long, restless night of trying to sleep. Thermostat was turned down to 60, but, the room felt hotter than the hallways. "
