"The cottage was amazing overall. Everything from the epic views, the decorations and cleanliness all set this place apart from your average rental. The owners were easily reachable but maintained strict privacy. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and easy to follow. We hope to be able to start here again when we come back for more nature as there is so much to do close by. Our son loved the on-site creek and the nearby gem mines and waterfalls."
"The stream really set the mood for relaxation. It's very private with no other homes visible and the layout is wonderful for a family. Porches are made for just chilling and the stream is perfect for kids along with the campfire circle beside the stream The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. We highly recommend this home"

"We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. The location is perfect, great views but still close to town and no trekking all the way up a mountain. All the furnishings, blankets, etc are new and clean. This place is a perfect ‘home base’ while exploring the area! "
"This is beautiful relaxing, in a beautiful area. Waking up to deer in the morning wild turkeys just absolutely beautiful. Bring your food and clothes that is all you need it is furnished with everything. I don’t usually recommend but this is a favorite of ours. The hostess was very helpful anything you need she is there. Thank you Debra and Richard absolutely love the place."
