Room was a bit out dated. Beds were clean and ok. The girl at the front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. We did not stay for breakfast as we left early in the morning.

This property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Even through it was busy it was very relaxing atmosphere. It fit right in with the small town charm. We will definitely be back!

The shower was unusable. It was also constantly dripping. We notified the staff who said they were aware of the issue and a part was ordered. No offer was made to change rooms or discount the rate. Breakfast was decent. Location was great.

Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional.

It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm.

The lady that checked us in was just on her third day. She was nice and funny, a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and stocked with what we needed for cleaning up. The parking was great and could walk to some restaurants. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast, threw the eggs away after one bite. Very odd taste. And the doors to the lobby were locked where we couldn’t even get coffee after hours until 7am. I’ve never stayed anywhere that coffee wasn’t available or at least coffee in the room

Everything at this hotel was welcoming and inviting. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was the delicious breakfast buffet. They room were comfortable and clean.
