"Issues with my "suite" - A/C not on at arrival - A/C kept showing error code E9. Had to restart it 10x/night to keep room cool. All "maintenance" did was unplug it plug it back in again before leaving and never checking on us again. - No soap, dish soap, or toilet paper on arrival. - Room was DAMP. ..."
