"The office closes early. I arrived around 8 pm and had to call to check in. The process was easy once I reached the person but I didn't receive instructions in my email. I liked the three pools and the grounds were nice. Centrally located in Townsend, with approximately 20-30 minute drives to Gatlinburg/Pigeon ..."

"We had never stayed on the Townsend side, it was great.Hardly any traffic and 20 minutes to Cades Cove. The cabin was clean and had spectacular views. "We loved our trip to Wears Valley/Townsend. We always go so we can spend time at Cades Cove. This cabin was the perfect location. Less than 5 miles from Townsend. Great rental and description was as advertised."
