"room was clean, all worked as should. Grounds were clean. The ONT issue we had was housekeeping. We requested housekeeping FOUR times. Not once did they come to clean room, refresh towels, coffee, etc."

"The cabin is cozy and comfortable, surrounded by woods, peaceful and quiet. A sample of the owner's/manager's responsiveness: we reported that we couldn't find the lid to the coffee pot. A few hours later, there was brand new coffee pot at the door. (There was no urgency; the Keurig worked fine.) ..."
