"It is was it states, is a very nice place to stay. People are nice and friendly. We are happy we chose as our place to stay while visiting the Smokey Mountains. No issues with anything"

"Wifi did not work. The code was wrong or not related to the system. TV was not cable but that horrible streaming where you cant get any normal network programming. Floors did not match. Kitchen light switch was hidden. No TP holder in bathroom. Shower faucet was falling off and hard to adjust. Building seemed to be coming apart. View was not very good despite the pictures. Driveway was rutted and poor condition as was the street in front. Really a terrible experience. We have photos. "

The hot tub did not have any chemical tablets in the floater and none found in the cabin so we did not get in and use because it appeared dingy. The coffee pods were greatly appreciated. "When we checked in at the front desk, the clerk was very friendly and helped accommodate me to get a room that was handicapped equipped for my mom. She very much appreciated not only being on the first floor, but also having the rails in the bathroom. I appreciate him listening And doing what he could to help us out. The hotel was clean, the morning breakfast was good though. It would’ve been nice if it started a little earlier on the weekend… It’s super close to the airport so very convenient if you’re traveling. "
