The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. 「Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily during our stay. The beds were very comfortable . The only improvement could have been a brighter light over the sink. I would totally recommend staying here.」

「My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again.」

「We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport.」
