「Check-in was awful. Check-in was at 4. We arrived at 4:05 waited in a line 20+ ppl long & no one’s rooms were ready. Everyone in the lobby was waiting on their rooms. Over 50 ppl. Then we asked to have them hold our luggage while we went to the Astros’ game & waited for our room to be ready…they didn’t have a secure room. Just a sliding door to a conference room…unlocked. And they used Post-It notes to mark our luggage.」

「Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.」

Also the fridge don’t get cold , but I kind of think maybe we was trying to turn it on wrong but the fridge did not get cold at all . Other than that everything was Great ! 」

「DEFINITELY NOT AN EXCELLENT 8.6 RATING!! Very surprised by the cleanliness and quality of this location. While the staff were friendly, the room was dirty and neglected. The toilet was dirty, like someone got sick and they only cleaned the top of the seat. No soap in the shower dispenser or for the sink. The covers on the bedside lamps over the night stand were really dusty and has rust spots on it. The room temperature was set to 51 and still smelled stale. We stay here because it is close to...

「Had to pay a 106 dollar damage deposit on arrival- been a while since I’ve traveled and was not expecting that. The door a guest would normally use to access pool was locked so we had to go thru the main lobby, into and back out. Breakfast was pretty good despite eggs being fake/processed.」
