"I forgot my toothbrush and called down to get one. Nobody was available to bring it up to our room so I had to get out of my pj’s to go get it. Also, online it says the outdoor bar and pool would be open until November 1st, but all were closed when we got there. We had a much better experience the first time we stayed there."
