「We loved staying in this lovely cabin on the coast in Ucluelet. It is a very pretty wooden cabin with everything you could need. It has a really good barbecue on the balcony which we used most nights. Beds are comfy, the place is very clean and was nice and spacious for the 3 of us.We had one concern about the two big windows at the top letting light into the area where the two singles beds are, as sunrise is very early in the summer here. The host responded very promptly and came to the cabin...

「This rental was a last minute booking, so our expectations were not high. It was great having two washrooms but only one has a shower. The beds were comfy and rooms were spacious but only one bedroom has a closet. There is a functioning washer and dryer which makes longer stays easier. Parking is a little tight, so a smaller vehicle works best. All in all, this rental is a convenient and comfortable stay, close to the trails and a short drive to down town Ucluelet. 「Stayed at this beautiful cabin. First time staying in this town. Amazed with beautiful trails, beaches. This cabin was in between a lot of cabins but the well established plants were in full bloom with a well maintained drive lane. It was really nice. Thank you」

「Terrace beach is situated in a beautiful cove just off the ocean and provides a connecting trail to the wild pacific trail. The sunsets are spectacular. The waterside accommodation gave us the opportunity to explore much of the natural beauty of Ucluelet that was right at our doorstep. 」

「Pretty much exactly as advertised. We had two adults and two teens, and were comfortable, but are also accustomed to sharing close quarters, so wouldn’t be for everyone. For two, it’s spacious by tiny home standards. If you’re looking to eat in for all of your meals, it’s less than ideal - very little kitchen space, and not well stocked for cooking. But fine for breakfast and lunch. Nowhere to eat though other than lined up on the day bed (in rainy season anyway). Tofino has great food options...

「We absolutely loved our time in Ucluelet and our stay at The Salty Dog certainly enhanced our experience. The cabin offered everything we needed and more. I will miss beginning my morning with a cup of coffee while watching the tide rise from the balcony. A short stroll to the beach or 15 steps to a trailhead made this cabin perfect for us.Bryan is also a tremendous host and was very responsive with any questions we had. 「The space was nice and cozy, the host was quick to respond to any concerns. The listing states it sleeps 6, but I felt that it was a bit cramped with 4 adults and an infant. The dishwasher unfortunately was not working for the entire stay. Hot tub was a nice touch, but a bit on the smaller side for 4 adults to fit comfortably. Great place to stay if you're a small family or couple. 」

「We loved it! Watching the sealions and bald eagles from the cabin was magical. The cabin was so comfortable - it had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed doing the lighthouse loop walk from the canin, along with the hot springs cove tour. 」
