“There are lots of good things to say about this hotel, but some weird/bad things too.
The Good - Affordable for Tofino. Close to the water with views from the lobby. Nice rooms. A good restaurant.
The Bad - There is almost always no one at the front desk. ALL the communication is by e-mail and not altogether. One email reminding you of the date. One e-mail with the WiFI password. One e-mail saying that their is a 10% discount at the restaurant if you are staying there (which I missed and……

“The hot tub was a perfect temperature, especially for the cold weather! It was also refilled each day so the water level never went too low. The only thing I'll say is the staff who checked us in wasn't very helpful or friendly in terms of explaining the amenities and the company processes (for example, how to get more towels). ”
