This property is conveniently located 10 mins away from the capital city of Raleigh and towns of Garner, Smithfield, Fuquay-Varina. It’s 5 mins off HWY 40/42 which includes a vast variety of restaurants, including the White Oak Shopping Center - one of the biggest shopping and dining areas in East Raleigh. Nearby is also the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, only 10 minutes away.

If you're traveling into the Raleigh-Durham area, this would be the perfect centralized location to enjoy many of the activities within the area, including NC State University, Lenovo Center, and the State Capital.

Nice place for the value

House was clean and decorated very cute. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was that there seemed to be an odor in the house - kind of like a cat urine smell. It was not overwhelming but it was there non the less. Even so we enjoyed the home and would recommend.

Very clean and overall nice place. We we in town for The Show Nationals Dance competition in Fuquay varina. We were basically only at the house to sleep. The beds were a little hard but everything else was great. Wish we could have spent more time there.

Great stay, highly recommend!

The place was very clean, nicely decorated and truly felt like a relaxing get-a-way. The host was quick to respond to texts and accommodated a very late arrival. He also checked in during the stay just to see if anything was needed. The house is located close to a number of restaurants and shops. I would book this home again on my next trip to Raliegh

Overall, my impression of this property and cleanliness and location is a five. The only complaint we had is the mattresses were extremely hard and had difficulty sleeping. Also, the mattress covers were the type that don’t breathe so therefore your back gets very hot at night. Otherwise, our short stay for a graduation was very good. And to The owners a note to put in how to start the shower. They don’t have showers like this where we live.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the attention to detail. The little added touches were great , such as coffee pods, creamer, Tea, water, cookies, etc. It showed the property owner's attentiveness to providing a good customer experience. We will come again.
