Super cute, fun stay! If you like sterile carbon copy hotel chains, this may not be for you. This place is unique and well done. Our 2 teenaged daughters and our dog loved our stay here. We were cozy in our comfortable beds. It isn’t luxurious, but it had everything we needed and was cute as a button! The owners/hosts were friendly and helpful. We will very likely stay here again.

A unique experience

The place is really unique and definitely a place I would recommend. We really enjoyed the train themed decorations throughout. Definitely would come back in the future. Owners are accommodating and the service is great!

I had a wonderful stay at the Iron Horse Inn in Cle Elum. The old bunkhouse been beautifully rebuilt, keeping its historic charm while offering modern comfort. The husband-and-wife team who run it were incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel right at home. A perfect mix of character, hospitality, and a peaceful setting—highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable — slept great! The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. We loved walking around the grounds, meeting the chickens and goats and walking the historic trail loop. The owners of this establishment are wonderful people, warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious too. Having a cozy place to rest after 60 miles on the Palouse to Cascades trail Bikepacking was amazing. This place is a must do experience if you’re passing through Cle Elum on your adventures.
