Welcome to a elegant six-bedroom home is just steps away from Batista Park which makes it the ideal escape for adults, children and pets alike.This mountain retreat has an open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining area that are a natural gathering place, making for easy conversations between rooms. The great room comfortably seats six around the stone fireplace and large TV, open to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining table that seats six with there is additional seating for four at the island bar.Stepping onto the beautiful patio that features all you need for relaxing and entertaining. You can utilize the BBQ and dine on the large patio table that seats ten or unwind in the cozy furniture under the covered area. In addition, the firepit has seating for six and is perfectly located for star gazing or roasting marshmallows. A soak in the private hot tub is also on the list of wonderful outdoor amenities this home has to offer; the most beloved feature is the private walking path that leads to Batista Park. This home is also excellently suited for your pets with not only a private dog run area but a wash station in the large laundry room.
