About this property

Suncadia Vacation Rental, Great Location For Family Get-Aways

  • This 3,238 sq ft home is located within the Suncadia Resort Community. This four-bedroom (plus a den) home is great for many occasions. The Suncadia Resort has many activities ranging from golf to horseback riding to cross country skiing all year round. Our house is located walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars which is a popular wedding destination. However, our rental does not come with access to the swim and fitness centers at Suncadia. The top level of the home has two bedrooms plus a bunk room with a full size mattress and two twin mattresses. The ground level has a large dining area, kitchen, fireplace and a deck overlooking the Rope Rider Golf Course. The bottom level has one bedroom, a den that could be used as a 5th bedroom and a large entertainment room.
