「Suncadia was currently under construction during our stay. Due to the all unit remodel, the balcony was not available to use and needed to be finished during our stay as well. Because of the inconvenience, they offered to put us in a different suite for the rest of our stay. It was very accommodating and provided amazing communication. 」
