"The Cotton Cottage was a perfect little getaway. There are so many creative, decorative touches that make this apartment charming and comfortable. The location is great for going into Oxford or enjoying Sardis lake. Emily was super helpful and kind during our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset at the the Arty R.Tapp Overlook."

"First the pros: the property owner was good with communication & very flexible and honored a request that we made, which was very accommodating & kind of them. However, it should be disclosed that the owner’s belongings & clothes are in the cabin as well as food in the fridge & freezer. Also, the shower wasn’t clean and I had to wash it out due to sludge floating in the tub when showering, which wasn’t pleasant. It felt like a safe place though & was definitely quiet. If it’s going to be a full fledged rental I’d say it needs some care & clearing of personal items. We also have a rental but know that renters don’t want our stuff in the space also."
