「Had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time away. I felt safe throughout the stay, and the location was excellent, with cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The host was wonderful (very easy to communicate back and forth with, even left an itinerary with recommendations, LOVEDDD THATTT) and truly, appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Would absolutely recommend this...

「Best location to enjoy everything in Dunedin with all the things you would need. Lovely cottage!」

「Needs a lot of work. The entire cottage needs redone. The four differing floor materials are ugly. The water stain in the bedroom ceiling is quite off putting. The molding around the air conditioners is tacky. It all needs work. The Kuerig doesn't work.」

「This place was by far one of our favorite places to stay. We were provided everything we needed for the beach. Communication was very sufficient. We’ll be staying here again!」

「The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. The beds and bedding were very good. Lots of amenities for...

「They were very friendly and answered my calls/texts in a timely manner.」

「Room was well kept. The location was perfect for our trip. The lake was nice to sit and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. Whenever I had a question, the host responded quickly. The pool and pool area was nice, although we did not use it. There was a problem with the air conditioning one evening, but the host was able to repair it the next morning. It may need some additional maintenance. The kitchenette has no stove, but there was a toaster, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric stove top...
