「 It was an older place with older decor but for the price of 83 a night (from expedia) it was a decent choice. It had more space than a hotel room with living/dining area and with a couch. It also had a kitchenette with some older pans and dishes for 2 or 3 people. There many restaurants and fast food places nearby and just a couple miles to Clearwater beach. It wasn't a perfect place but it was very functional for the price and located near alot of stores and food places and the interstate. 」

「The room was fresh and spotless. However, it took multiple phone calls to get access code to room; it then had to be changed several times as it did not work. On the second night the television was not working. After 90 minutes on the phone it was deemed that it was no longer working. On both instances I was speaking to someone offsite. Both were very apologetic and understood my frustration. I would like a partial refund. 」

「Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful」

「I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,」

「The room was clean, but the towels were sparse and thin. There was nowhere to hang a towel, there was no bath rug. There was no coffee maker or anywhere on property to get a coffee. Not likely to stay there again.」

「Clean and tidy. All updated. Community stash of beach items available to borrow. No beach view but very short walk to the beach. Robert was attentive and sent ideas of things to do in the area on a rainy day. Perfect place to stay if need a room! 」
