“This property had generally good reviews. The manager was helpfull and friendly, however the property is outdated. stuck somewhere aroind 1960 I would say. Location is good.”

“The room was fresh and spotless. However, it took multiple phone calls to get access code to room; it then had to be changed several times as it did not work. On the second night the television was not working. After 90 minutes on the phone it was deemed that it was no longer working. On both instances I was speaking to someone offsite. Both were very apologetic and understood my frustration. I would like a partial refund. ”

“Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful”

“I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,”

“The room was clean, but the towels were sparse and thin. There was nowhere to hang a towel, there was no bath rug. There was no coffee maker or anywhere on property to get a coffee. Not likely to stay there again.”

“We stayed in one of the recently redone rooms and everything was just amazing. Perfect location with access right to the beach, kid-friendly, easily walkable to John's Pass. Staff are friendly, really nice patio with grill, very safe area. Highly recommend And this will be our normal vacation spot!”
