Perfect for game day headquarters, visiting your college-bound or current Tiger or just on vacation. This home is 1 mile from Clemson University campus and convenient (2mi or less) to downtown, Death Valley, and all other sport venues. All are walkable (I have done it many times). The property fits our needs perfectly. It is clean and the neighborhood is pretty and quiet. It is a little brighter in the inside then how it appears in the pictures. Would stay there again.

This property is in an ideal location for Clemson fans or those who (like us) came into town to see our Tiger. The yard is large and very welcoming if you bring your pet with you! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't do much in the kitchen but from what I saw it was well stocked if you wanted to make a meal or two!

The house was perfect for what we wanted. It was well equipped and had a beautiful backyard for our dogs to enjoy went we were not busy. We liked the carport when it was raining. If we have the choice, we would reserve this house for future trips to the area.

Easy and smooth

The place was fantastic. The property was clean, plenty of space for all 8 of us and tons of yard space as well. It was close to Clemson and the lake and quick access to grocery stores. The owner made it as easy as I’ve ever had. Great experience.
