"No WiFi, they charge x5 times the amount for a cab ride from the hotel to the airport which is 10 mins only, the manager was soooo rude!! They made me pay upfront for the rides to and from the hotel and airport and then didn’t have change to give so they kept my money. When i asked for the change they said i had to wait for the manager to come in at 10am. I asked for it back and they were giving me the converted amount that equaled less than the USD. The manager was then super rude bc i asked him to give me the proper change and said he wasn’t an exchange house. I will NEVER book with this hotel and neither should anyone else. "

"I initially booked one night at Jaz Sharm Dreams after fleeing a terrible experience at a hotel in Dahab, but ended up staying longer because of the warm hospitality! The hotel was 5-star and is now 4-star. Some areas like the bathrooms could use updating, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveller, safety matters. I appreciated being given a room close to the main building. Rooms have safes and proper locks and latches, which made me feel secure. There are SEVEN pools, including a heated pool with a jacuzzi and another with a swim-up pool bar. The main pool is lively with music and activities, while other pools are geared towards relaxation. Special thanks to Iraky, the pool supervisor who kindly helped me reserve one of the gorgeous canopy daybeds before the early risers :)) The animation team (Adham and Alan) were great at organising darts, volleyball, yoga and aqua aerobics but respectful of guests resting. Food was 9/10 for all-inclusive. I enjoyed the salad stations and outdoor grill with fresh bread, chicken and kofta. What really made the stay was the staff. Mahmoud, Karim and Maryam at reception were very kind throughout and upgraded me after my difficult arrival. Also big thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping, Chefs Hany + Adel, Mr Edam, Mohamed at the omelette station, Mahmoud, El Sayed, Karim and the attentive restaurant team. What was meant to be a one-night stop turned into a really enjoyable stay. I’d happily return."
