Beautiful Tiny Home / 25 Marlene

Beautiful wood home, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a loft upstairs, both queen size mattresses. Nice kitchen and lovely patio. Also has a casita with a twin mattress an outside bathroom. Access to all of the Preserve amenities! Escape the city and come live out in the country. Part of the stellar Tarkington School District. Want to take a break from the daily routine, head over to the pool, relax by the Trinity River, or spend some time fishing on the dock.

Dates booked were unavailable for the first couple weeks as prior guest was still there. They did put us up in a "temporary ". The prior guests' trash was still present and place was filthy and full of roaches/ants. A/C and hot water heater in small unit did not work and the deck was in need of repairs. Eventually the a/c unit was fixed, but never repaired hot water heater or deck. Communication was ongoing and our pets were welcomed. Majority of the office staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect getaway

The place was a perfect escape and just what I was needing. It has a great view, quiet, and peaceful. The tiny house was so charming and offering way more space than expected. I also have two kiddos and having entertainment for them was a welcoming addition. Thank you for such an awesome stay!! I will definitely be back!!!

It was good

It was fine to relax. There is not WiF the tv does not got any channels even with an antena. For the Fire pit you need to bring your own propane tank and I don’t know if it works. The lights around the patio some work some don’t. The bathroom behind the little casita it was dirty and hot water for the shower doesn’t work. There was 3 roaches in the main house.

This place is very nice

Unfortunately I had no hot water for the last half of my stay. Also, ALL the outside lights did not work. I busted my old rear end twice on the steps because of it. Thankfully not seriously
