Cute Tiny Home in The Preserve of Texas

Modern Tiny Home in an animal preserve, located within walking distance of the beach/Trinity River and 1 of the 3 pools in this quiet community. Get away from the "city life" and wake up to the sound of birds chirping while you drink your coffee on the front porch, watching the deer and other wildlife have their morning graze. Then enjoy the splashpad, putt-putt golf, beach, playground, Trinity River, fish or pool. End your day relaxing by the firepit and enjoy some smores under the stars.

This was our 2nd stay. The host was outstanding! The house was perfect for a family visit. The house yard and area allowed us to make the most of our time with our granddaughter with the parks and nature. My wife was able to enjoy her morning and watch 9 deer in the front yard.

This is a cute little house back away from all the chaos of the world. Our fur kids absolutely loved exploring the woods and the beach and river. Definitely will go back. And Pedro is amazing.

Needed lodging in close proximity to wedding events for my best friend. I knew of the property from being in the Preserve for visits/events over the past couple of years. This extremely convenient property was everything as described. I will add this to my list of “return to properties”. Super clean and entirely comfortable.

Great staycation

Perfect for a short getaway or a week vacation. We were just a short walk from the beach. My son and grandson went for morning drives and always saw deer. The kids playground was one of the best that we have ever been to. We were part of a community but felt like we were secluded in the woods. So sad that we could not burn in the burn ring because of a burn ban, but we just cooked in the home. We will definitely return.

Great stay with a helpful host!

We enjoyed our stay! Pedro is an amazing host! The ac was having issues when we arrived, but Pedro sent someone out asap to fix it. He then let me know that he was replacing the unit after our stay so that will not be an issue in the future. Also, future guests may be careful putting the address in to GPS. Our GPS sent us to another town. So maybe that was just our luck. Pedro sent us a ping and it was very helpful and we got there and had a nice time!

Excellent

Pedro really makes sure his guests are well taken care of! All the thought that he put into making sure we knew how to turn everything on to having comfy beds and everything needed to cook! Was very impressed! Great location too. Walking to the water was an easy stroll and the view was beautiful. We will be back!
