Amazing Stay
We had a special time at the cabin. The owner was so kind and truly made sure we were taken care of! Down by the river was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was very beautifully done.

Great Cabin pictures misleading
Let’s start with the positives. The cabin itself is beautiful well maintained very clean and comfortable. Owner lives on the property in a few issues that did come up or fixed quickly with great communication. For the negatives. This cabin is nowhere near the river as a picture lead you to believe. There is no fire pit near the cabin or a view of anything. If I could post pictures, you would be astounded. The cabin is actually located on the backside of the hill. Looking out the front you will look at a gravel covered hill that you can’t see over. This is facing the river. However, to get to the river, you have to go over the hill and down a very steep and bank meant approximately 400 feet or more. Paved road has recently been put in but my 2020 expedition barely get up it. If it was wet, I would not even attempt it. So in order to use the Amenities in the pictures that are by the river you have to either walk down (And later back up) or drive. Wow, this would be annoying for myself. It would be doable but when you have a little kids and your 70-year-old parents It is impossible . The back of the cabin does not face the river. But the woods on the backside of the hill. There were two things we were looking for in this cabin to relax with family…. Cabin on the river and fire pit. Both of these ended up being misrepresented in the pictures. I did ask owner prior to booking… I guess “close” is subjective. I should have trusted Google Maps satellite view

Hi Jonathan, I'm sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. It's surprising to hear about any misrepresentation as I've consistently received 5-star reviews, apart from yours. Regarding the distance to the river, it's clearly stated in the second paragraph of the property description: "The cabin is conveniently located just a short 400-foot stroll from the river, or you can take a quick drive to access the 3 fire pits and a specially designed grilling area by the water's edge." Additionally, there's a photo depicting the 400-foot distance to the river. This information is also outlined in your lease agreement. I want to ensure clarity here: the drive to the river takes only 20 seconds and is easily accessible by any vehicle, regardless of weather conditions. My priority is always to ensure the satisfaction of my guests. Jonathan, I encourage you to review our previous communications on VRBO. While you inquired about shared facilities and amenities, you didn't specifically ask about the proximity to the river. I assumed you had read the property description on VRBO, viewed the online pictures., and the lease you signed. If there's anything I can do to address your concerns and make things right, please don't hesitate to let me know. Your feedback is invaluable in improving the guest experience.

Spring Break
Cabin was very well stocked in a quiet secluded area. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed the back porch. The stream is located at the end of a very steep hill you will want to drive down to water but it is very nice by the rapids enjoyed watching all the kayakers going by!

Wonderful Stay. Beautiful Cabin!
Our family had an amazing stay. The cabin was so spacious and super clean! Decor was gorgeous, every accommodation was thought of down to the doggie bowls. Our boys loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The river was simply breathtaking, we had so much fun in the hot-tub, at a campfire making s’mores, sitting on the back deck watching the deer in the woods with our morning coffee…let’s just say we were so sad to leave and can’t wait to come back. Helen was a short ride, it was great to come back to our private and peaceful cabin in the woods after the town festivities.

Had a great stay. Place was very nice, new and super clean! Super quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Within a short drive to Helen and Cleveland! Loved our stay and plan to return. Wonderful place
We loved this cabin. It’s brand new and has everything you need. The river is just down the driveway. By the river there are swings, tables, grills, hammocks. It was so beautiful and relaxing!! We would def come back!!

Awesome Stay!!
Awesome stay - cabin had everything we needed for our stay: great location, super clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Host went out of his way to make our stay comfortable by offering his 4-wheeler for easy access to the river area. River area well thought out with swings, games, grill & multiple fire pits that caters for any age group. Our dogs had a blast and we will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at a cozy cabin in Cleveland, GA for one night and had a delightful experience. Beautiful property
We really enjoyed our stay. Our main goal was peace and quiet and for the most part we had that. The owner was super nice and accommodating and we will be back to visit another of his properties this summer. The cabin was brand new and clean and the section of river is pristine. We also enjoyed the trails in the WMA adjacent to the property. A+ property!!

What a Treat!
This cabin is so nice. It looks brand new inside and out. The owner was great to work with and thought of everything. There were even s’more sticks. We never heard the person living below. It was pretty cold so we only made our way down to the river once but it is a very nice set up down there for grilling and hanging out. I wish we had used it. Lovely place!

Relaxing getaway.
My wife and I were looking for a quiet relaxing getaway and found it at ga cabins.io. The place was very clean and cozy, it had all of the amenities needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a nice fire by the river. The owner Jeff went out of his way to meet all our needs. . We will deffanatly be going back.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

AMAZING CABIN! BRAND NEW!
The cabin is so cute and has everything you need... a hot tub, grill, lots of cooking supplies, games and the arcade was an added fun bonus. The river and pavilions were easily accessible and clean. We will definitely stay here again.
