Rooms felt like they were lightly wiped down during turnover. There were no extra blankets or pillows. the kitchen only had a fridge and microwave, no other appliances, no plates no cups, no silverware. the "breakfast" was just coffee, tea, and prepackaged muffins and Nature Valley bars on a counter. Despite being next to a highway it was very quiet from outside. Inside though there were kids constantly running and screaming and you can feel the walls shake with every step someone took or every door opened and closed by your neighbors. If youre looking for just 4 walls, a bed, and locked doors, then youre set.

Room was minimal but adequate for price. Very little noise issues. Staff were considerate and afforded privacy. Room was neat, but visible dust everywhere. Shower curtain was too short and could easily get water everywhere. On-the-go breakfast selection was extremely limited.

The property was under construction. The base boards of my room were missing and the entire thing looked unfinished. there were construction noises going on all the time. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpets looked they had been cleaned in years. While the staff were not rude or impolite, they also gave off an impression that they did not really want to be there.

Staff was nice enough. The elevator was severely outdated and loud and shaky. We ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our stay. Walking to our room we passed a man you could definitely tell was on some kind of drug. We waited for him to go around the corner before entering our room. The curtains were very old and worn and barely kept any actual light out when closed. We left for an event and when we came back about 3 hours later, we opened the door to find the ceiling light cover had fallen to the floor. I’m for sure it wasnt the first time since when you looked up you could see the hanging duct tape that they must have tried to fix it with at some point before. We had to sleep with the tv on in order to not hear the tv on in the room next to us. I suppose the cheap price definitely reflected what we got. It worked for us to sleep quick and get back on the road early but I would never stay here again.

I checked in at 3:00 p.m. took my belongings up. Came back around 8:00 p.m. and my key will not let me into my room. The reception is act like I did something wrong because they were overbooked because of the Drake concert but it wasn't my fault. Other than that, great experience with my husband.

My view is that I called before I came on my trip I spoke to a great gentleman around 7:00pm 12/09/23 and he was trying to help me book my hotel so couldn’t he told me I can come here and pay in person so when I get here 12/10/23 3:10am the person working the female receptionist was very rude has no type of customer service manners I think she needs to be better trained and only was she rude to me she was also rude to my daughters about a vending machine so I wouldn’t never book with this place again being that I travelled 8hours with my 1yr old grandson ,gf,and two step daughters and was treated the way I was by that one receptionist she was rude and disgusting I could never work in a place I don’t like to treat people like exspecially from coming out of town or anyone don’t like your job find a better one but other than that room was beautiful I loved the room and very quiet

When I got there no rooms were available because they were dirty! The girl at the front desk was so helpful by checking the rooms. She had to do a complimentary room change only for those rooms to be dirty too!! It was dirty! The windows in my room were wide opened. I’m guessing to air our the cigarette and marijuana smell. There were items left in my room from the previous guest. I wasn’t able to use the hotel phone to call the desk because it was broken. When I went downstairs, and asked the front desk clerk if I could move rooms, she told me no bc I would be charged twice. Now I know that’s not true bc I’ve done it before at other locations! The other guests were very loud and noisy all night. During the middle of the night, I heard people knocking on a door a few down from me. I overheard the gentleman in the hallway talking to the guests in the room about the front desk clerk. They said she was missing, and no one could find her. After talking for a few minutes, they walked away. It was very strange to me! I definitely didn’t feel safe or clean at this hotel. I will not be back!!! Ever! I travel alot, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!

I was very disappointed with the type of clientele that was at the hotel. It seemed to be somewhat of a homeless shelter vibe. People were walking around in pajamas, hanging out front smoking as smoke entered the lobby. you could smell the marijuana in the building. It was loud with doors slamming, screaming in the hall and door banging. I feel that I paid WAY TOO MUCH for what I got. I was charged for making 2 local phone calls. I had to request pots and pans to cook. Why are they not in the rooms. that goes to show the type of people that is staying there. I dont want to sound upity but I used to stay here regulalary years ago when it was NICE.
