Would give zero stars if I could. Our room wasn’t ready by 3pm. Couldn’t get in until almost an hr later. The room was huge for the price we paid, however, after finally getting settled in and unpacking (we’re moving from out of town) we realized my son had BED BUG bites all over his shoulder and FOUND THE BED BUGS still crawling on his shirt after only laying in the bed for 10 min. Called the front desk and was told that we had 2 leave 2 avoid spreading their BED BUGS to another room. If that wasn’t enough, it was already after midnight, I have my 2 children and my youngest is disabled and in a wheelchair. There was no problem getting a full refund though. Won’t be staying here ever again. Would not recommend

I have stayed at several extended stay type hotels and this one was on the lower end. First impression during check in, the person checking me in was nice and helpful, but she was unkempt and certainly not dressed for the job. It gave me an uneasy feeling as to what we might experience during our stay. I do have to say that the room was clean, no issues there. There were zero extras in the room, I even had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper. There was a pull out couch, but no linens for it. The furniture was clean, but well worn. The property itself was bare bones at best. The free breakfast was a muffin and coffee. I didn't get the feeling that safety was a priority but didn't experience any specific issues, that was just the feeling. If your looking for a cheap night's stay, this hotel is okay because again, it was clean. However, this hotel will not be on my list of preferred hotels.

The hotel is out of date back in 70s, cleanliness of kitchen, cabinets were not clean, microwave was filthy, water spicket handle was glued or something, tough to lift up. Filthy carpet. Plug Ins didnt work, no USB ports available. Pot holes in black top, landscaping rocks scattered in parking lot. Over all nasty. Only good thing was your nice staff.

Reasonably priced place to spend the night prior to the total eclipse. Fully adequate for those purposes. One minor complaint - the TV had about 50 channels but there was no channel guide available in my room or at the front desk, and the remote had no "guide" button, so the only way to know what was an any given channel was to switch tot that channel and watch it a while. Poor situation.

First off the front desk staff I did not get their name unfortunately but the male (blonde )and female (blonde) were remarkably kind and helpful. I truly wish they can take their hard work to a better established place. They are unfortunately misplaced. The hotel on the other hand, was not clean at all. Linen were dirty. The room spelled like weed and what made me check out an hour after checking in what I saw next store was a street worker leaving from the room and watching her go to the next room. I was with my family and definitely was not an environment for that. Once again that staff was super kind and I appreciate that for the assistance. Spend the extra $30 a night and stay at the hotels that are 2 mins away.

Overall terrible hotel. smelled really bad. Most furniture was falling apart and actually in pieces. Luggage carts barely functional. Cops showed up several times for people fighting in the hotel. Dogs fighting each other in the halls. Easily the worst experience I had at a hotel!!

Not a great experience.
Overall it was fairly clean in the room, but once outside the room it was dirty and dingy in the hallways and outside. It was suppose to be a nonsmoking facility but our floor consistently smelled like a mix of cigarettes and weed. It didn't appear that there was anyone out and about ensuring things were being maintained appropriately.

First the fire alarm was tripped at 3A after our delayed flight got us in at 2A, and we needed to be up and social at 9A. No reason was ever given or found, and we were all rousted from our rooms. It appears there are quite a few people being housed there on welfare dollars. Just a skeevy crowd. I can't point to anything in particular, but that's the way it felt. We have stayed there before and it just feels like the property has gone downhill. My son who works for a carpet cleaning firm mentioned they are called to Extended Stay properties often to remediate everything from guest purposely leaving the sinks stopped and running water, to cooking, and pet disasters. I realize this isn't the fault of the property but of the guest. None the less, caveat emptor.
