My wife and I checked in to drop our suitcases and rush to and event. We found the room dirty and furniture dirty, the beds were two twins pushed together and were springy and worn out. We were running late for our event and rushed out, and then decided we just could not stay there as the room was so worn down and unclean. After our event we found another hotel and I went back the the La Qunita to collect our luggage. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and was told they would not issue a refund since it had be a few hours, even though we did not use the room at all. I will take this up with Expedia as well as Wyndham. I give this place a rating of zero.

Had poor customer service there. I will never go back, pool was not well kept up. Not enough seating in the pool area. Elevators had water and juice spilled on it early in the morning, and even on the late night.

Hotel needs updating. Something is always non- functioning here. This time it was the hot tub. Pool was lukewarm but facility was not heated well.

Everything was good expect there was a fight in early Saturday morning on the 4th floor right outside my room was arguing and door slamming but the police came and cleared it up

We stayed here with my daughter's volleyball team. I booked a "suite" but had to change rooms soon after check in because it was filthy. The blankets had make up and/or blood stains and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Ditto for the carpets. Also, it isn't a true one bedroom suite; it's just two rooms next to each other with the connecting door open. The beds are small and the room temperature is difficult to control if the heater has manual controls instead of digital. One room had digital, the other manual. There wasn't enough hot water for back to back showers and we skipped the buffet because it didn't look appetizing. The only good thing about this La Quinta was the Great Northern Mall next door had a good smoothie place and there was an amazing taqueria nearby.

I liked the location. However, I had to change rooms as soon as I got there because of dirtiness and dripping faucets. The next room I got had a dirty bathroom with pink mold in the tub. Finally, although the pool was clean, it was too cold and the jacuzzi I had looked forward to did not work. Very disappointing for close to one hundred dollars!

Basically the facility was pleasant and improvements apparently being made. Few bothering notes, Overloaded waste receptacles in hallways not attended to. Our bathroom had no towel racks, no way to hang used washcloths and towels. A hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing, leaving a hole in the door. Some chips from the missing hook on the floor.

The water pressure was terrible...on our last morning there was no breakfast ready at 7:15 and the decaf coffee wasn't fresh...warmed up from the day before....after midnight it was still rather noisy.....we stayed 2 nights and had to get our own fresh towels.

The stag is always always always so very helpful and friendly. The amenities are great. This stay not what I’m used too. Remote did not work bed was broken sofa bed mattress did not fit frame and elevators broken. I did not get what I paid for. This did not stop the staff from being phenomenal but the other issues to me were pretty major especially being with little kids.

Disappointing Experience
To start off the hotel staff was unprofessional. The hallways were very noisy and after it was reported the hotel staff nothing was done to address it. If I understand it correctly the rooms are being booked not the hallways. One of the lamps was broken and the coffee maker was duty which leads me to believe the rooms are not being maintained properly. When checking out and describing my experience to the person at the desk he didn’t offer a simple apology just an excuse. I will not use this property again. Are all the Wyndham properties like this ?

The was no airport shuttle. The room looks clean, but not . If you have allergies to dust, this is not a good hotel to stay in. You will have a horrible time sleeping in the room, with severe allergy attacks all night.
