"Excellent facility within a stunning architectural beauty! Building dates back to 1845 and the modernization is beautiful while still maintaining original features. Large spacious suites with vaulted ceilings and so very comfortable. Close to Progressive Field and many other amenities/locations. Not very far from the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame...good walk or quick Uber/drive. Would definitely go back to this hotel!"

"Walking distance to Rock Haul of Fame. Beautiful building appointed with marble everywhere. A masterpiece property. Great staff. Room was exceptional too. Includes great breakfast buffet, three drinks per person and a dinner buffet. Great value. Has it all. #1 as the best of the best."

"This property was great! Location is convenient to Playhouse Square and other Cleveland sites. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The bar and restaurant in the hotel is convenient and actually very good. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this hotel."
