Initially they couldn't find my reservation. It was dirty. I didn't like walking barefoot in the room because I could feel the grime on the rug. Only positive was they allowed access to the breakfast room any time so we could get midnight milk for the baby. Also, the kids liked the pancake machine.

Man at front desk was VERY nice and helpful! Bathroom was nice, other than that we had ants all over our room and they didn’t have anything to help other than ant traps…Floor was not swept. Curtain in bathroom had black stains all over the bottom. 24/7 Breakfast room was really hot. Door to room was broken. Same with bathroom door.

This hotel is directly off route 80. We stayed the night on our way back to NY. Room was small, hotel was old, but clean enough. I knew this from other reviews. No surprises. There is continental breakfast food available 24 hours, but selections are slim and some things did not work (no hot water for tea) Body wash was empty in our room. This place is fine for a quick overnight stay. We really enjoyed the Hop Brothers Brewing for dinner, .2 down the road from motel.

For a two star hotel, it was clean and comfortable, and the price was right. The bathroom seemed brand new as well as one of our mattresses. The hallway carpet could use replacing and the breakfast was only ok.

Total disaster. Stay Away. Dog hair in carpet. Bathrooms partially clean. Shower curtain old and yellowed at bottom. Mattress was awful...rolled down to center all night. TV got one channel cause remote didn't work. There was ant bait in the bathroom. There was ant bait next to the utensils in the joke of a 24/7 breakfast. The shower curtain bars were falling down. Sheets were seemingly clean. Towels were seemingly clean. The water pressure was good. The AC worked. Took 10 swipes to make card key work every time. This place is a disaster.

This property was unique for its depressing location, the utter inattention to physical maintenance of the property, and the feeling that you were in a seedy hotel which had just barely emerged from a recent brush with human trafficking networks. The overall vibe was depressing.

I hate to leave a bad review, but here I am. This place was very misleading with all the good reviews and the pictures on the listing. All the carpets were stained inside and outside of the room. The whole second floor smelled of pot. The linens were stained, ALL OF THEM including the pillows. We checked for bedbugs cause it just looked as if they would be present, if they were we didn’t see them. Everything was very dated, almost like they took over an abandoned motel and threw a coat of paint on everything. As my significant other stated when we got to the room “lipstick on a pig”. The only positive I have for this place is the gentleman at the front desk when we got there at 10:30pm he was super friendly. But when he mentioned he was also the person that had to clean all of the rooms as well I started to get a little suspicious about the cleanliness of this establishment. Not because he seemed dirty but the fact that I think one person to do everything in a motel is a little much. So beware of this place I hope they clean it up a little it was in a convient location.

Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. A very basic breakfast is available at any time for travelers, not just a few morning hours. The hotel was clean and bright. As a female traveling solo, it felt safe and secure. The facility is an older building that shows some wear in the hallways/doors but for a brief stay close to the airport I didn’t need anything more than basic.

Overall, the motel is a little rough around the edges. The bathroom was clean but the room needed a little help. The breakfast was minimal. We were assigned a room that faced West so the afternoon sun made the room excessively hot and it took hours for the AC to cool the room became it often shut off and had to be restarted.

Location was good. The room was fairly clean. The linens on the bed were not. Questionable stains. Had to reprogram the tv to get channels in. The water pressure in the room was awful. The breakfast was non existent. There were a couple of cereal options. A bag of bagels. The drink machine was out of order. I am not sure how this place is over an 8 on Expedia.
