“We planned a KC trip for a game at Kauffman Stadium and for a day at Oceans of fun but aren't fans of staying in KC. The Cottage was the best thing would could have done. The host was amazing. We thought we needed to check in earlier ahead of time and they were going to accommodate that. Cottage was clean and set up so perfect. My 2 daughters loved it. The neighborhood was amazing (Upper class) makes a real comfortable feeling. reason I didn want to stay in KC . Was nice having the laundry……

“This is a great little house with a nice fenced in yard for the dogs. The hosts were very kind and were great to communicate with. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this house for a stay. The hosts have stocked it nicely and it is perfect for a couple. I would stay here again.”

“The house is in a neighborhood that felt very safe. There were people walking their dogs in the evening. The host was very good to help in every way that we needed. You really can sleep 14 people at this house. The back yard backs up to a parking lot for the local Walmart. The house sits just off of a busy road. It provides convenience, but you can hear some noise from it. The house was clean and the showers had good water pressure. There is not an ice maker, so we will got some from Walmart.……

“The place was not as I assumed it would be. I could do much better myself in the cleaning department. I know this place is not my home, but I did expect much more for the amount we paid. The one television was not operable. There was a Firestick attached but no remote at all to work the television. The upstairs bathroom had very little water pressure upstairs.I feel the owners need to lower their prices for what they are renting out this place for.
