“The great part, the location. Easy walk to a few places to eat, no issues there. Kroger the grocery, is about 6 blocks away, again, easy walk. The room was NOT as ready as it should have been, a huge disappointment. I had to call to have them come vacuum since there were toenail clippings visible on the floor as well as other random items. The clock - ONLY set it if you have a degree in engineering!! The work table/desk, needs to be taken out of the room to have the glue removed and then……

“Checked in on a Saturday. Asked for fresh towels and washcloths on Sunday morning. Got back late Sunday and never received them. I had to go get them. Since cleaning is every other day, I didn't say anything on Monday morning. Got back late Monday and housekeeping never showed up again. Went and got my own towels and washcloths again. I was told housekeeping supervisor would contact me Tuesday and that housekeeping would definitely clean on Tuesday. Guess what...still no housekeeping when we got……

“Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“We had a short overnight stay here on our way to Tennessee but the room was spacious enough and clean and the breakfast had a nice spread with pretty much everything you could want. Staff were polite. I would stay here again”
